Wisconsin Guardian Foundation is proud to offer our programs to veteran & first responder families. 

Guardian Honor Family Eligibility Requirements:

Veteran Families: Legal Dependents of US Military Service Members who have died while serving on active duty, or who have died as a result of injuries sustained in the line of (active) duty or are considered missing in action. 

First Responder Families: Legal Dependents who have lost a parent, spouse or child in the line of duty or as a result of injuries in the line of duty. 

Wisconsin Guardian Foundation reserves the right to look at situations on a case by case basis. Nothing herein guarantees access to our programs.
